'Terms and Conditions for Road Angel Mobile
1. Registration to receive a link to download Road Angel Mobile is free and entitles you to register one handset and phone number.
2. The application is 420kB and is downloaded via the GPRS connection of the handset. The cost of downloading the application is dependent on your network tariff.
3. Updates to receive revised alert data are instigated by the user and use the handsets GPRS connection. The cost of downloading the updates is dependent on your network tariff.
4. Registration entitles you to 2 days free subscription to the update service. At the end of this period you will receive a free text message to the registered handset reminding you that your free subscription period is about about to expire, and instructions on how to sign up for the ongoing service.
5. To sign up for the service requires you to text the word ANGEL to 81581 Text costs your standard text rate for one message. The return text sent to the phone costs £1.50 and is billed directly to the phone. Further texts costing £1.50 will then be automatically sent to the phone every fortnight unless the service is cancelled.
6. To cancel the service, text the word STOP to 81581 at anytime from the registered handset. Text costs your standard text rate for one message.
7. The application is linked to the handset's IMEI number and the phone number on the SIM card. If either the handset and / or the SIM are changed a request to amend the relevant details needs to be submitted via an email to info@roadangelmobile.com
8. The application has been tested on all of the compatible handsets and Bluetooth GPS receivers listed on the compatibility page at www.roadangelmobile.com However, please note that we cannot guarantee 100% compatibilty as other applications may interfere with it's operation.
